With the prevalence of Internet platform economy and sharing economy, users have more and more opportunities to obtain new service information, and users' requirements are diversified, personalized and differentiated.Uncertainty in the demand of market has spawned many potential competitors to to divide the share of consumers' market continually. The existing competitors have rapidly introduced new innovations, making the cost of service conversion lower and lower, and the competition in the environment for service-oriented companies has become increasingly fierce. However, individual companies often fail to possess all the knowledge required for innovation.Continuous accessing to knowledge resources from external knowledge sources is an important way for companies to respond to the uncertainty of market's demands and fierce competition. This study takes a knowledge-intensive service supply-chain as the research object;considers the involvement of the platform;uses system dynamics to simulate the service supply-chain knowledge-integration and innovation system, and uses the modified Cobb-Douglas production function to express the output of the platform's innovation and the supplier's.In addition to capital and manpower,a new input is increased in knowledge-stock investment and a focus on knowledge sharing behaviors affecting the accumulation of knowledge stocks are analyzed. The main factors affecting the knowledge-sharing behavior of platforms, service providers, and service requester in the service supply-chain are analyzed, including the uncertainty of market demand, the characteristics of knowledge, sharing thresholds, incentive mechanisms, users' stickiness, platform' identity,value-added service requirements, knowledge depreciation, and other factors.Given a causality diagram,Performance dynamic model of knowledge conformity innovation of service supply-chain based on platform intervention was constructed.Simulation analysis and model validation and sensitivity analysis are performed. The simulation results show that the innovation performance of the platform and service provider shows an increasing trend within a certain simulation time. The innovative output curve of the platform and the supplier has oscillated, but the overall process is rising. The overall accumulation of knowledge accumulated by the platform, suppliers, and demanders is an increasing trend. The willingness of the suppliers, platforms, and demanders to share will increase first and then gradually decrease. The desire of innovation of service providers and platforms presents the law of increasing first, then weakening and then increasing. The integration capabilities of the platform have increased rapidly during the initial phase of simulation, and the growth rate has gradually eased. The absorption capacity of suppliers has grown stronger with the increase of the knowledge stock of service providers. After doing sensitivity-analysis experiments on several important parameters, the following results are obtained: The shared threshold is sensitive to changes in uncertainty of market-demand parameters.Shareholders' willingness to share is sensitive to changes in the incentive parameters of the platform.Innovation performance is sensitive to changes in the inflow and outflow of talents, and detailed explanations are provided in the specific causes. The model can reasonably describe the knowledge integration and innovation process of service supply chain, and provide theoretical basis and methodological suggestions for the research of knowledge integration and innovation model under the platform intervention.
