With the rapid development of economy, globalization, information technology and higher requirements, the world has entered a knowledge-intensive new economic model.Knowledge is the magic weapon of an enterprise, and the more knowledge an enterprise has,the better its position is.For innovative enterprises, innovation becomes the key to gain competitive advantage in the changing environment. But the traditional way of improving enterprise's innovation performance by increasing R &D investment and technological innovation has little effect.Enterprises should turn their attention to the perception, acquisition and application of internal and external knowledge.Knowledge sharing is conducive to the dissemination, transfer and transfer of knowledge within an enterprise.Effective use of knowledge integration ability is conducive to the discovery, mining and integration of scattered knowledge within the enterprise.Knowledge sharing and knowledge integration are the two core contents of knowledge management.Knowledge sharing is the premise of knowledge integration and the continuation of knowledge integration. There is a close relationship between the two, knowledge can only be shared, integrated and absorbed by the individual employees can be transformed into their own things, promoting employees to improve their innovative performance. The improvement of the ability of knowledge sharing and knowledge integration is helpful to improve the innovation performance of employees.Absorptive capacity is the ability of an enterprise to acquire, judge, understand, transform and apply external knowledge. The higher the level of knowledge is,the more knowledge will be stored, and then the innovation performance of employees will be improved through the sharing of knowledge amongemployees.Based on this, the relationship among knowledge sharing, knowledge integration ability, absorptive capacity and innovation performance will be studied and analyzed in this paper.Through the relevant literature at home and abroad, the variables are defined and the dimensions,to tease out the logical relationship between the four variables, put forward relevant theoretical hypotheses and models, namely knowledge sharing as independent variables and innovation performance as the dependent variable, with the capability of knowledge integration as a mediator to absorb the main effect of the capacity as a control variable and to build a theoretical model. In addition, through the questionnaire survey method to collect the relevant data, through the SPSS20.0statistical analysis tool for the collation and analysis of the collected data, the theoretical model was verified. The results are summarized as follows:(1)knowledge sharing(2)knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on knowledge integration capability.3)knowledge integration ability has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.4)knowledge integration ability in explicit knowledge sharing and innovation.(5)the ability of knowledge integration plays a part of intermediary role between tacit knowledge sharing and innovation performance.(6)absorptive ability plays a positive regulatory role between explicit knowledge sharing and innovation performance.Force plays a positive regulating role between tacit knowledge sharing and innovation performance. Finally,This paper discusses the results of the research and puts forward the following suggestions to improve the innovation performance of innovative enterprises: to create an atmosphere to promote knowledge sharing-a virtuous circle of knowledge integration and to set up organizational innovation. The incentive mechanism is to establish a learning organization. The company needs to introduce a variety of talents.
