Eraluation And Promotional Strategies Of Knowledge Sharing Based On Supply Chain Collaboration

The supply chain is an important source of knowledge growth and value creation in the enterprise. Knowledge sharing is the core of supply chain knowledge management. It could promote the benign flowing and multiplication of the knowledge in the supply chain, and could improve the trust and collaboration ability of the members of supply chain. In this paper, summing up the supply chain impact of factors that is affecting enterprise knowledge sharing, analysis and evaluates the indicators of supply chain knowledge sharing level, build up the policies that is to promote the improvement of knowledge sharing in the supply chain.First, this chapter studies theories of supply chain management and knowledge management, according to the features of broader supply chain sources knowledge, more complex knowledge determining, and more emphasis on knowledge-sharing, analysis the meaning, processes and objectives of knowledge management in supply chain,.Second, based on the characteristics of knowledge-sharing in the supply chain, this chapter studies the value of knowledge-sharing on supply chain collaboration. By analyzing approach of knowledge sharing in enterprises and among enterprises in the supply chain, sums up the factors that impact the supply chain enterprise knowledge sharing.Third, for the characteristics that process and results of knowledge-sharing is difficult to assess in supply chain and the impact factors of knowledge-sharing, builds up knowledge-sharing level evaluation index system in supply chain from aspects of content of knowledge, knowledge-sharing capabilities, shared platform, shared environment, knowledge-sharing level. Then uses AHP to determine the index weight of this index system, with entropy weight of technical amendments and puts forward the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of knowledge sharing in the suppl chain.Finally, based on summary of the factors affecting knowledge-sharing in the supply chain and analyzing of index weight of knowledge-sharing level in the supply chain.
