Innovation is the key to gaining competitive advantage,and its smooth implementation cannot be separated from the support of the organization's strategic resources.With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has replaced traditional production factors and become the company's most important strategic resource.As a link and intermediary linking knowledge among different individuals in an organization,knowledge sharing can effectively enhance the organization's knowledge level and provide incentives for the company's innovation.However,most existing researches focus on the relationship between knowledge attributes or knowledge sharing and corporate innovation performance,and lack the overall thinking on the relationship between the three variables.In view of this,from the perspective of the theory of knowledge governance,this paper reviews and summarizes the previous research,sums up the properties of the tacit and complex nature of knowledge,and classifies innovation performance into technical innovation performance and management.The innovation performance analyzes the influence mechanism and influence degree of knowledge attributes on the two innovation performances.At the same time,the knowledge sharing is incorporated into the theoretical research,and the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the knowledge attributes and enterprise innovation performance is discussed.The research used a variety of methods to issue questionnaires to corporate employees in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,and other regions,and used the survey data after screening to empirically test the hypotheses.The study found that the tacit knowledge and complexity of knowledge have a negative impact on knowledge sharing.The tacit nature of knowledge has a negative impact on innovation performance,and the tacit nature of knowledge has a more significant negative impact on management innovation performance.Knowledge complexity has a negative impact on innovation and performance.Knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovation performance,and it plays an intermediary role between knowledge attributes and corporate innovation performance.The above studies have deepened the understanding of the relationship between knowledge attributes,knowledge sharing,and corporate innovation performance,making this article has a certain exploration significance.In general,the following research progresses have been made:(1)The attributes of tacit and complex knowledge have been clarified,and the different impacts of different knowledge attributes on innovation performance have been explored.(2)Expanded knowledge management theory and enterprise innovation theory.This study integrates knowledge sharing,an important goal of knowledge governance,as an intermediary variable into research,effectively connecting knowledge attributes,knowledge sharing,and innovation performance,and enriches the research on knowledge governance theory and enterprise innovation theory.
