Research On Knowledge Sharing Based Motivation Of Cooperation And Innovation In Service Outsourcing Company

Knowledge Economy is becoming a mainstream development trend of the world economy society .Along with the rapid growth of the Information Technology ,and the fierce competition of the manufacture profit and cost in the consumer market ,the status of the knowledge as the first productivity is upgrading .Under the background ,Service outsourcing are continuing progressing Service outsourcing is one of the mode of Knowledge Intensive Service Business cooperative innovation activities ,it has the advantages of keeping core competitiveness and saving cost .The producing progress of the KIBS is also a course of knowledge creating ,accumulating and spreading .The KIBS emphasize concentration on knowledge the most in all of the consumer service industry and the production service industry and it serve the production ,storage ,use and diffuseness of the knowledge .In the article ,we hope to do some research about the theory of developing Service Outsourcing industry in china ,and give several useful advice .The paper reviewed and arranged the theory of Inter-organizational learning and cooperative innovation ,then came to a conclusion that Service Outsourcing belongs to the KIBS ,and the KIBS needs more cooperative innovation than the other industry .During the process of the collaboration there are learning activities and knowledge sharing between the corporations .The corporations would gain more cooperation profit if they choose the appropriate cooperative innovation mode .The article designed a knowledge sharing based KIBS cooperative innovation mode selection model ,and get a conclusion that how could the corporations select the cooperative innovation mode so that they would get the maximum combination profit in a long period through the cooperation .The model verified that Service Outsourcing is the best mode compared with the other modes of cooperative innovation .The next step we designed a knowledge sharing based service outsourcing incentive model ,and used the method of dual-stage game analyzing to get the result how to encourage the cooperation corporations to enlarge their input and promote the degree of knowledge sharing .
