| The rapid development of the Internet e-commerce industry has caused a surge demand for talents in the Internet e-commerce industry,especially the demand for outstanding talents in key posts.A large number of research have shown that the research and application practice of competency model has been conducted very deeply,and there are many research on the traditional mature industry,however the research on the key position competency model in Internet enterprises,especially the new Internet e-commerce enterprises,is rare.With the concept of "new retail" proposed by Ma Yun in the Alibaba in 2016,how to redefine the Internet e-commerce and how to redefine the line and line retail sales have become the focus.Y is in such an era.It is of great practical significance to establish the key position competency model in Y company and to strengthen the research on how to redefine talents and how to screen and train talents in the new Internet era.This paper takes the key position in Y company as a research object,construct the key position competency model in Y company.Firstly,the research background and significance of the key post competency model of the Internet business enterprise are discussed.Secondly,the literature of the domestic and foreign related research is combed and summarized,especially the research achievements and research trends of the key post competency model of the Internet business enterprise.Thirdly,analyze the management status of Y company and present the the management problems of the Y company.At the same time,it points out the necessity of constructing the competency model for the Internet e-commerce,and then explores and verifies the key position competency model in Y company from behavioral interview,questionnaire survey method,and puts forward the corresponding application suggestions according to the results of the research.Finally,summarize the research content and propose future direction.prospect of the research are summarized.The construction and application of competency model is deeply studied and analyzed.On this basis,a set of competency model construction scheme with pertinence and maneuverability is proposed.This research is mainly about the key position competency model in Y company.The r study still has some problems,such as the limited range of the existing research samples,and the lack of application promotion.In the future,we need to expand the number of samples and build up the competency model database,so as to obtain the most representative samples to realize the diversified application of "large data" in human resource management.Only in the practice of continuous exploration,innovation,can be accompanied by the upgrading of the organization and steady iteration,and finally create a "flexible change" and "rigid demand" of the combination of competency model. |
