With the speeding development of the social technologies, the competition between companies grows more and more drastic,and more and more company leaders are increasingly awear of the importance of human resources. How to choose the right person, how to train them to be a better staffs, and how to attach these excellent ones to work for the companies has become a focus for the managers. Besides, how to accomplish a better effect when recruit, develop, appointments, staff assessment, the problem haut many enterprise managers. The experice of using competency model in many companies abroad tell us that position competency model is an ability to recruit, develop, appointment, evaluation staff to provide effetive support. Now competeney model in domestic demand and enterprises there is still a big gap, building of the comp etency model to explore the potential of staff is a nurgent need to address enterprise a reality.The paper put out a theoretical overvlewat first, It introduces and summarizes the way of building competency model. And then took a real estate company for example, though the enterprise competency model construction analysis and demand conditions, the company is fully capable of building the competency model and suited to the construction of the competency model. Using the bahavioral event interview method and acquire many questionnaires as a secondary method to construct the determine the organization dictionary and finally the competency model. Besides, based on the exigent need in staff recruit and development parts in the company, the paper give some advices on these two part discriminatingly.This paper from reality, the Chinese enterprises to explore survive the competitive edge, how to effectively establish and constantly improve the enterprise position competency, and to make it suitable for the development of enterprises on the basis of characteristies, for the enterprises in the further development lay a solid human resources support, for the rapid development of enterprises provide inexhaustible talent support in a era of economic globlization.
