Research On Financial Management Under The Integration Of Business Finance

In this economic globalised world,science and technology updates very quickly,information is changing rapidly;human world has been from industrial economical onto a new digital age which is accompanied by the development of both domestic and overseas' internet economy.The circumstances make enterprises to have different changes in the competitive market today.The changes in terms of strategic transformation,organisational structure adjustment,company mergers and acquisitions,and resource integration so on.Amongst all this changes,financial management as a vital part of company needs to follow the shift and functional adjustment in order to support companies carry out strategic objectives.Along with the born of management accounting system,the managing model of integration of business and finance has becoming enterprise's new trend.As for financial staffs,they have to shift their mind constantly so as to cope with times change.This thesis will discuss the importance of business and finance(B & F)integration management model,taking an example from Mengniu group's functional transformation and B & F integration model.Then,it will also elaborate financial management as a point cut in the day-to-day operation,summarises and analyses manufacturing R & D,production,supply,market,sales value chain under which ensure the way of implement of B & F integration.At the same time,combining some domestic relevant B & F studies,benchmarking,facilitating Mengniu group's B & F integration to become more developed in order to achieve excellent financial target,as well as to become business cooperative partners and driving force of corporate value growth.Lastly,through the analytical example of Mengniu's financial transformation,we wish this thesis will able to be a reference function for other domestic enterprises' financial staffs and to provide them a professional development reference,from previous ‘checking type' to ‘managing type' and ‘clerk' to ‘value integrator' which enable them to be better follow the suit of new age.
