In recent years,due to internal and external pressure,China Mobile's profit margin gradually becomes smaller and smaller.The decline in revenue is mainly due to the penetration rate of domestic mobile users has been saturated,customer growth space narrowed;voice,SMS,MMS,such high-profit traditional business volume decline;industry competition intensified,China Telecom and China Unicom work together to challenge China mobile,while virtual operators enter into the industry as well;there are WeChat OTT businesses join into the traditional communications market competition.China Mobile's income growths have been slowed down while costs are rising year after year.In order to comply with the national"equal pay for equal work" legal regulations,accounting for the total number of employees of the company,China Mobile gradually transforms the labor dispatch workers who account for two third of employees in the whole group to formal contract workers,such compliance pulls the company's labor costs up dramatically.China Mobile has adopted a multi-service operation strategy and through the continuous innovation of business models to cope with the above pressures and challenges,the company's value management also put forward higher requirements,as the original raw data cannot adapt to the new demand,the company needs to refine management as the starting point,in order to build a low cost and efficient management accounting system.The Finance Department is always a company's information hub,holding the record of the value of each process in the business.Since financial management has a whole series of value measurement theory as the basis,China Mobile proposes the concept of business and financial integration management accounting under the guidance of traditional management accounting concept.The business and financial integration management accounting system is oriented to the management needs,and the accounting information is related to the important areas,and produced in a timely manner;through the use of relevant and reliable information and integrate finance and business activities,finance team provide full support for business planning,decision making,risk control,and evaluation.This paper first lists the business and financial integration projects that Fujian Mobile is currently carrying out,and then analyzes the whole process closed-loop management with network maintenance fee as an example,and elaborates the content,background,team,process and procedures of the project.Finally,it summarizes the problems existing in the process of business and financial integration and the research direction in the future.Although China Mobile's practice of business and finance integration management accounting has achieved in some results,and it is worth learning from other industries,but the company's business and finance integration work still has certain problems,for example,lack of cooperation from other departments,lack of finance staff,long construction period of information system,etc.Business and finance integration as a new area of management accounting system,requires the continuous explore and practice of finance staff,high-level support and attention,and a high degree of cooperation with the other departments.The business value can only be created and maintained when everybody in the company works together.
