Research On The Operation Mode Of Cross-border E-commerce Platform

In the context of the information revolution,cross-border e-commerce has provided new technical support and growth models for the further development of international trade.It also manages innovation,transforms business models and channels,and optimizes businesses for small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce companies in China.There are new opportunities in terms of processes,etc.China is the largest consumer market in the world and is known as “Made in China”.At the same time as the commercial operation,more emphasis is placed on marketing strategies.In light of this,analysis and research on the operation and strategy of small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce companies is a subject worthy of in-depth research.This article builds on previous theories and empirical studies and draws on existing research.The results of the research and the use of Great Health International as an example to analyze in depth the problems existing in the cross-border e-commerce operation model,and then propose countermeasures and suggestions for improving the international health management model for cross-border e-commerce.
