In recent years,with the deep development of global economic integration and information technology,the cross-border e-commerce business,which features on fuse the e-commerce business,logistics,and financial integration,is increasing by an average annual rate of 30%.In China,the B2B is the main cross-border electricity business.With the introduction of government-related policies,the B2C online retail cross-border e-commerce platform began to active,and the scale continues to increase.The B2C cross-border e-commerce platform connects the suppliers and the consumers directly.By this way,the intermediate links has been reduced,and the efficiency of international trade has greatly increasd.Faced with fierce competition,the innovation in the business model of B2C cross-border e-commerce platform enterprise,helps the company obtain greater advantages.How to build their own core competencies in the course of business operation,is a problem that enterprises must think about.Based on the literature,my research concludes that core of the business model is profit.Based on this starting point,my research uses the theory of commercial ecosystem and bilateral market theory to analyze the operating environment of the B2C cross-border electricity business platform Then my research analyses the participants and the impact of the platform of B2C cross-border electricity business.At last,we generalize the characteristics of B2C cross-border electricity business.Then base on the way of gathering merchants,I classify the business model in three models,third-party platform,Self-employed platform,Self-employed+ third-party platform.Finally,I summarize that on the basic of profit,what key step the B2C cross-border e-commerce platform need to do in the operation process.
