| As a dark horse in import and export trade,cross-border e-commerce has been developing rapidly in recent years,especially during the world economic downturn in the context of the epidemic ravaging the world,cross-border e-commerce has been developing rapidly and taking a place in business.Relying on the "Internet+","One Belt,One Road" and "Double Cycle" proposed by the Chinese government,cross-border e-commerce has effectively brought its role to the forefront,promoting foreign exchange,helping small and medium-sized enterprises transform and increasing foreign exchange inflows.It helps small and medium-sized enterprises to transform,increase the inflow of foreign exchange,and increase the export volume of "Made in China",thus helping the economy to make a soft landing and further improve China’s international influence.At present,cross-border e-commerce is still in the blue ocean market,and there is huge space to be developed.Developing effective cross-border e-commerce development strategies and implementing effective cross-border e-commerce competition strategies can accelerate the market development of this industry,expand economic benefits,make China’s economy more sticky with other countries,promote friendly diplomatic relations,and raise our country’s prestige.This article starts from the research field of cross-border e-commerce,and through the analysis of the frontier of cross-border e-commerce research in China and abroad,it determines to what extent the cross-border e-commerce industry is currently studied at home and abroad respectively,and then provides a research basis for the paper effectively,knowing the industry research content that is currently untouched or imperfect.The article analyzes the content of this section,combining the common problems faced by the industry in its current operation with the theoretical basis of relevant strategic directions,such as "three competitive strategies","specialized management strategies" and "SWOT analysis".SWOT analysis",and propose an appropriate solution to the problem.On top of that,this paper will also verify whether the solutions are realistic and feasible,can improve efficiency in business and can be implemented in the process of implementation,so as to improve the industry strategy and help the further development of cross-border e-commerce industry.In the literature review section,many of the feasibility studies currently proposed for domestic cross-border e-commerce will be used as a basis to help readers have a clearer overview and be able to effectively put themselves into the industry,so as to put themselves in the shoes of the rationalization of the solutions proposed in this study and be able to lay a solid foundation for future research on the cross-border e-commerce industry,while exploring better solutions and proposing more reasonable strategies to enhance the industry.development strategies. |
