For AT company,salesperson is the core of the company.How to motivate salesmen's enthusiasm,initiative and creativity has become the focus of company management.This article mainly adopts the method of combination of case study and questionnaire survey.First of all,it briefly summarizes the common incentive theory,and summarizes the current status of the research on the incentive of sales personnel at home and abroad.Secondly,the structure of sales staff in AT company,analyze the company sales incentive situation,and through the employee satisfaction survey and staff interviews into its salary and welfare,staff training and performance evaluation and other aspects of the problem,the main problem is the lack of remuneration system flexibility,performance appraisal system is imperfect,training system science and incentive system is not perfect,and the reasons of the problems are analyzed,the main reason is that the salary system is not perfect,performance evaluation index is single,training and internal training mechanism to adapt to the lack and staff development,lack of good corporate culture,lack of occupation planning;Finally,we optimize the existing incentive system of enterprises,put forward the improvement of salary management system,improve the performance appraisal and evaluation mechanism,establish training system,innovate management mechanism,strengthen corporate culture management,and attach importance to four corresponding incentive strategies for career planning.Through the research on Incentive optimization scheme on the AT company sales,on the one hand can folly arouse the enthusiasm of the staff work,so as to create more benefits for the enterprise,on the other hand,give full play to the ability of the sales staff,is conducive to the development of the sales of their own occupation career,realize the value of life.It can not only make the sales staff incentive countermeasures for AT company in the new stage,but also have some reference significance for the development of other companies in the same industry.
