Optimization Study On Curriculum System Of Tourism Management Major Of Higher Vocational Education Based On The Theory Of Competence-based

Tourism vocational education has created thousands of elite talents for China's tourism industry so far.With the "thirteen five" tourism development plan "promulgated,the state put forward the" tourism +","global tourism"," along the way "and a series of strategic principles.In particular,the National Tourism Administration requests the tourism practitioners of the professional ability to be more diverse,personalized.The tourism enterprises make it clear that they need the compound and applied talents.As the vocational colleges that are the main source of cultivating high-skilled tourism talents,how to adjust the personnel training program,and how to optimize the curriculum system has been engaged in higher vocational education for many years the subject of tourism education.Although the current vocational education is out of the knowledge-based model,the curriculum system reform initiatives emerge in an endless stream,the higher vocational tourism professional talent does not meet the enterprise employment standards.There are a certain gap between the skills that students have master in college and employment standard of tourism industry.This thesis takes the ability-based theory as the theoretical support,adopts a variety of research methods,and studies the problems,causes,and optimization measures proposed in the professional tourism management curriculum system.To start with,from the professional competence of the talents whom tourism industry need,the author analyzes what the shortage of posts without talent in tourism industry are in the new operational types of tourism and summarizes the positioning of the talents' occupation competence of tourism industry,especially the various positions in the travel agency by interviewing the person in charge of the different positions of the travel agency.With reference to the professional ability of the industry,through the interview of some vocational institutions of leadership and teachers,summed up the tourism industry in Hunan Province curriculum system status quo,and analyze the shortcomings of the curriculum system.Finally optimize the curriculum system in accordance with the "new" professional ability.In this context,the article boldly innovates—enriching the connotation of the word "ability" in the capacity-based theory.In the current "market" under the catalysis,compared with the traditional single"induction" skills,ability is more understood as a set of ideological and moral,cultural,professional,innovative awareness of the complex as a whole "new professional abilities".The curriculum system optimized based on "new" competency-based theory takes into account three hard indicators of students' theoretical knowledge,practical operation and professional accomplishment,which comprehensively enhances students'comprehensive professional ability and delivers high-quality and highly-skilled talents to the tourism market.Therefore,the research results of this dissertation provide some theoretical references for alleviating the unbalanced situation between tourism quality and quantity of talent in Hunan province.Through the study,the author puts forward measures based on the"new" ability standard and optimizes the inadequacies of the curriculum system of the vocational tourism management in Hunan Province.Propose a "One main line,two main bodies,three-stage spiral progressive"talent training mode.Design the curriculum planning path of "Technical Fundamental Ability Training?Core Ability Training?Comprehensive Ability Training?Expansion Ability Training".Adopt the "three-phase spiral progressive" practical teaching mode,and deepen the"double-certificate system" of practical teaching reform.Through the"work process-based project teaching model" and combining the "chain teaching method and teaching aid" curriculum implementation method,students' professional ability can be effectively improved.In a word,these optimizing methods are designed to achieve the goal of cultivating more highly qualified technical talents for the tourism industry in Hunan Province,and to meet the needs of the development of the new era.
