Research On The Development Of City Community Service Industry In Changsha

As an important part of the tertiary industry,the community service industry is a new economic growth po:int of the Services Sector.It has big significance in restructuring the economy,fostering steady growth;ensUring employment and promote the people's well-being and development of City Community Services System.With the development of the market economy system,the adjustment of the industrial structure and the diversification demand for fine and high quality.The "Big Industry","New Kinematic Energy" status gradually appears.However,the problems of the community service industry are prominent such as the low industrialization level,the supply and demand is not matched,service quality and level are different,and the ability of innovation and guarantee is not strong,which makes us realize the urgency and significance of the research of community service industry.Based on the perspective of geography and sociology,guided by the theory of community development,welfare pluralism theory,the theory of Industrial Development and Urban and Industrial Integration theory.Through Questionnaire survey,SPSS data analysis and AHP-Experts Grading Method,to analyses the growth stage and features of Community Service Industry,the current situation and problems of Community Service Industry in Changsha.Meanwhile,constructed the development evaluation index system of Urban Community Service Indusliy and did empirical analysis on the influencing factor.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The stage of Urban community service industry growth is distinguished into three stages:The incubation stage,which takes the welfare service as the main feature;Development stage of Community Service Industry industrialization;Paying attention to the construction stage of community service system.(2)The present situation and main problems of Changsha urban community service industry are as follows:Keeping more quick growth speed but has low level of industrialization;The service form is rich in variety,but still mainly in the traditional service industry;The situation of absorbing employment is obvious,and the problem of supply mismatch is prominent;The network node gradually delivery attached,However,has much,difference on the quality level;File upgrade results are obvious,the innovation and transformation task is arduous;The scale of facilities is expanding and the supporting facilities are still weak;The development of environment is constantly optimized,and the guarantee needs to be strengthened.(3)Constructed the development evaluation index system of Urban Community Service Industry and did applicability and empirical analysis.Economic development factors,social factors,commercial market factors,policy and institutional factors,innovative service capacity act together on the development of Community Service Industry.The Community Service Industry development level comprehensive score is 3.08points,the development level is at a moderate level.Among them,economic development factors,community economic strength,policy merchant satisfaction,the number of resident service industry employees and the development of community service industry have the highest correlation,management and innovation ability factors,community population status,population density correlation is lOow The comprehensive level of policy and system,the satisfactory degree of improvement and improvement,the level of development of commercial market and the lowest score of commodity quality price were found in the index evaluation score.There are differences between the degree of importance and the actual level of development of each influencing factor.
