Changsha Grain Industry Current Situation Survey And Develop Strategies Research

People are the foundation of a country, however, people lives on food. With the industrialization、urbanization、agriculture industrialization, meanwhile, the increasing of population and improving of people’s life in Changsha, Hunan province, the problem of grain industrialization becomes the focus for majority of Hunan people. Changsha, as a quarter of the Ancient Rice Markets, it is meaningful to constructing a well grain industry. For a long time, Hunan province is the main grain supplying for the whole country. In the21st century, facing the problem of population rapid increasing, people’s life improving, decreasing of average cultivated land, we should pay more attention to the grain industry development in Changsha, provincial capital, with scientific planning and reasonable distribution.At the beginning of this paper, we have a whole analysis and summarization of grain industry in Changsha, it has a rapid development in the past few years. Then, discussing the current situation objectively, from the points of grain producing, processing, storing, distributing. Furthermore, investigate and analysis the affecting factors of grain development. After data analysis, discussing the grain industry situation of Changsha from2009to2011.Through the investigating and researching, we put forward the problems we are facing, main contradictions existing now. Then investigating these problems carefully and give some rational advices.Through the analysis of the current grain industry in Changsha, the long-term development strategy targets were formulated. Meanwhile, give initially guiding ideas and measures on the long-term layout in these grain industry bases, Ningxiang county, Liuyang city, Changsha county and Wangcheng township.
