With the deepening of reform, urban grass-roots social structure is changing. As the foundation for urbanstructure, community has developed rapidly. With the community development, the residents’ demands for community services are growing, and becoming higher and higher. Traditional community public services can no longer meet the needs of residents, by that,the community services industry comes into being and develops well. As a new industry, it meets the needs of residents and plays an irreplaceable role in building a harmonious society. At the same time, it promotes industrial restructure, relieves the employment pressure, and creates a new economic growth point. The development community service industry is in good condition,even though our current community services industry is still in its initial stage of exploration, its service level is not high, its investment is obviously insufficient,the market mechanism is not perfect, so on.. As a lower-tier city street in the central China, the Yejin Street Community of Chu Hui District of Hengyang City is representative to some extent The customer satisfaction is the starting point ofthis paper, and it analyzed the services developments of Metallurgy Street Community Industry. By building up the community service satisfaction model,collecting community residents’ satisfaction data, and analyzing the problems of community services, some feasible suggestions were proposed for the improvement.The main ideas of the paper are as following:Firstly, the paper established a community service satisfaction model. Then It discussed the concept of community service satisfaction, built up a theoretical framework of community services, reviewed the domestic and foreign relevant researches on customer satisfaction and community service satisfaction, and explored the establishment of community services customer satisfaction model based on domestic and abroad customer satisfaction evaluation model, combining with community service industry practice, and defined the pre-positive and post-positive variables of the community services customer satisfaction test.Secondly, the paper presented a survey about community service customer satisfaction. It collected residential customer opinions, combining with the initial evaluation of customer expectations and satisfaction, extracted the current most concerned and lower satisfacted community service projects of Yejin Street. Relying on community services Customer Satisfaction Index model,designed questionnaires and conducted an analysis on the reliability, validity,and made a survey.Thirdly, the paper analyzed the problems of Yejin Street community services and put forward proposals for the development. It used SPSS software to do data analysis and got the residential satisfaction index on pension and health care. B y that, the paper made an expanding analysis on the current problems of community services, and put forward suggestions to improve community services.
