Research On Purchasing Management Optimization Based On Lean Thinking For Company SZ

The sustainability of the global economic downturn,has deeply affected the construction decoration industry.Excess capacity,inventory backlog is not happening in architectural decoration industry.Facing severe pressure of competition of the industry,it's necessary to how to survive and develop in the cruel market environment.As a representative of the architectural decoration industry,SZ company should be adapt to the market and the trend of The Times,strengthen the procurement management,optimize the procurement management,reduce the procurement costs.The introduction of lean thinking as a kind of new management ideas and methods in building decoration industry which will become the primary choice of the optimal management,is helpful to improve the construction decoration industry from the global to detail deepening initiative of efficiency optimization of procurement management,optimize the procurement process,fundamentally to reduce waste,reduce loss,save costs,improve efficiency,enhance market competitiveness.Lean thinking is the essence of the domestic and foreign advanced management ideas,whose core is fewer and fewer inputs to create the value of as much as possible,at the same time,more and more close to the customer,provide what they really want.This article first elaborated background and the research status of the topic at home and abroad,and systematically introduced the theory of lean thinking and the theory of purchasing management.This paper,aiming at the problems in SZ company procurement management,analyzed the necessity based on lean thinking SZ company purchasing management optimization and goals,then proposed the systematic framework.Under this framework,this article accurate positioned to the purchasing management department and the related organization form,to study the factors influencing the company material purchasing management of the organization,and raised the detail measures for SZ company lean organization form optimization.According to the specific process of procurement management of SZ company,fully tap the goal of lean thinking essence,base on the total project life cycle,using some measures and methods just as the product requirements,purchase orders,logistics and warehousing and other services in the whole process,eliminate waste materials and unnecessary,unreasonable expenditure,reduce procurement costs,enhance project value,to penetrate the concept of lean thinking to all aspects of SZ company procurement management.
