In modern fully competitive business environment, companies in order to expand the market share, to maintain survival and development, must face intense competition. Procurement in supply chain process as the core action of modern enterprises, which will determine the optimization and improvement of the level of competitiveness of enterprises. For manufacturing enterprises, in a complex market environment, the ability to improve their management level, improve supply chain processes, strengthen procurement management, reduce procurement costs, proceed from the source of production, to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the product, it becomes the key issue for every business’survival and development. In this paper, TS air-conditioning company in Jiangsu, we take purchasing and supply chain for the study, the problems found by the actual situation, and then to analyze, and strive to raise the targeted improvement measures.This paper is divided into five chapters for a study about supply chain and procurement process in TS company, based on the execution on site with lean management thinking. The first chapter is the introduction for the writing background, purpose and significance of research practices, together with the framework for the whole article and research method. The second section of this paper is mainly related to elaborate on the theoretical knowledge and relevant literatures. The third chapter intruduces TS company, researches over TS’s current operations, as well as the actual situation of procurement and supply chain to find out the problems within, and to analyze the reasons one by one items from all. The fourth chapter, for this series of questions, explore how to improve the competitiveness of the procurement and supply chain links. Finally, in the course of this study, there is a summary for the whole article and outlook.
