Research On Lean Procurement Of DQ Company

With the integration of global market, enterprise management and purchasing scope has gradually expanded, lean supply chain management has become the core element of enterprise survival and development. As part of enterprise supply chain construction, procurement management is an integral part of business activities. The optimization of material procurement mode and the enhancement the purchasing management level, has become one of the core factors to the cost of the enterprise, and also become measures to improve the quality and competitiveness of enterprise. This paper point at the peculiarity and weakness of DQ company, put forward the purchase management based on lean thinking, which is based on the lean supply chain, establishes the standard of purchase, strengthen the scientific nature of purchase mode, and attach importance to supplier relationship, which can not only save the cost effectively, but also improve the product quality and economic benefits.This thesis is based on the actual situation of the DQ company. Combine investigation, analysis and the existing theory and innovation methods and processes according to the DQ company culture and product features. Reseach based on lean thinking, through the specific effects of comprehensive optimization of procurement model in the implementation of the east steam after the company. This paper firstly introduces the lean thinking, purchasing management’s related concepts, theories and methods, briefly analysis the difference between the traditional purchasing mode and procurement mode base on lean thinking; on this basis, deeply analysis the current purchasing management method and purchasing mode of DQ, finds out the main problems existing in knowledge and methods, and puts forward several ways and innovative thinking mode, make a state from the aspects of the majorization of procurement mode, the supply management and the improvement of system and procedure, to help enterprises reduce the cost, at the same time, improve product quality and enhance the economic benefits, gaining more competitive advantage for enterprises.
