Research On Selection And Evaluation Of Parts Suppliers For Aerial Work Vehicle Based On Life Cycle Theory

With the improvement of economic level,people are paying more and more attention to the safety of aerial work.In the future,aerial work vehicles will have a broad market.At present,the overall level of parts suppliers is an important factor constraining the development of domestic aerial work vehicle companies.It requires companies to have strict control over suppliers and scientifically build supplier evaluation and selection systems.Based on the characteristics of the aerial work vehicle industry and the manage concept of the supplier's whole life cycle,this thesis constructs the supplier access evaluation and supplier performance evaluation index system of parts suppliers for aerial work vehicles.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the idea of the whole life cycle,the supplier evaluation and selection process is divided into two levels:the first is the supplier's access evaluation and selection for the development of the introduction of quality suppliers;the second is the performance evaluation and selection of suppliers,which achieves the purpose of rewarding the merits and improving the overall level of the company's supplier team through the evaluation of suppliers' supply performance.(2)The characteristics of the access evaluation of parts suppliers for aerial work vehicles are analyzed,and a supplier access evaluation index system consisting of qualification certification,production organization capability,quality control capability,technical capability,enterprise management level,financial ability and production capacity is constructed.In view of the gray of the supplier's access evaluation,this thesis adopts the enterprise access standard as a reference sequence and uses a gray correlation analysis method to establish a model for access evaluation of parts suppliers for aerial work vehicle enterprises.(3)The characteristics of the performance evaluation of parts suppliers for aerial work vehicles are analyzed,and a supplier performance evaluation index system consisting of four first-level indicators which are quality,price,delivery and R&D capabilities is constructed.The F-AHP principle is used to calculate index weights,and a reasonable index scoring method is determined to calculate the performance score.Also,it is applied in S company practice.(4)Finally,based on the results of the performance evaluation,a hierarchical management is performed to suppliers.And according to the number of suppliers fixed points,a detailed order allocation plan and management strategies are developed,which has the important reference and the guidance significance to the enterprise practice.
