Since China's reform and opening up,has been a rapid growth of economy in our country,the accounting services in the record economic activity,fully reflect the enterprise the management benefit,provide financial basis for enterprise decision plays an important role.Certified public accountants as the mainstay of accounting profession,and belongs to the labor intensive industry,the core resources of for certified public accountants staff knowledge and professional ability,so to strengthen the human resource management of firm's employees are particularly important.With a firm of high strength work pressure of staffs loss caused by severe,so effectively to attract retain talent need rational planning of their human resources management,propose solutions combined with the status quo.As one of the leading firms in the industry,BA accounting firm faces the common problems in the industry:the employee turnover is serious.So the accounting firm is facing a problem of how to improve employee turnover.Firstly,through the literature analysis,the theory of employee turnover at home and abroad is studied,and the theory of equity theory,demand hierarchy theory,two-factor theory and expectancy theory are established.Second,through questionnaire investigation and case analysis,to BA a certified accountants office of human resources management present situation has carried on the arrangement,has carried on the detailed investigation and study about the present situation of staff turnover,problems are mainly concentrated in:performance appraisal span is too long and not effective implementation,salary distribution and amplitude set is imperfect,the firm's lack of training and employee development path is not clear and the influence of the extrnal environment and so on.Respectively according to the analysis of the causes of employee turnover,the above several aspects put forward reasonable Suggestions,including improving performance appraisal time and execution,perfect salary welfare system,firm to strengthen the training and staff development path,and perform the retention of remedial measures,and hopes to a certain degree and reduce the loss of employees.The innovation point of this paper lies in the present situation of BA accounting firm and the integration of informationization means.The analysis data used in this paper are all industry data in recent years,which is synchronous with the development of the industry,and the timeliness is strong.At the same time,this paper also points out the shortcomings and prospects of the research,and points out the direction for the next research.Hope these improvement measures can provide the certain help to ease staff turnover,improve the comprehensive strength in the firm,to other firms also reduce staff turnover solution to provide some reference Suggestions.
