Employees are the most important resources of the enterprise.They are the embodiment of the competitiveness of the enterprises.Employee stability is of great importance for the stable development of a company.Once a large number of employees are lost,it will bring huge losses to the business.If not controlled,it will even matter to the survival of the company.In recent years,the turnover rate of X printing company is more than 20%.The high turnover rate restricts the development of the company and affects the normal operation of the company.How to reduce the turnover rate of employees has become an urgent problem that leaders want to solve.With the acceleration of human resource flow among enterprises,scholars at home and abroad have also increased the research on employee mobility,and some theoretical models have been formed.However,the actual situation of each company is different,and the control measures of employee turnover are different.Therefore,this research enriches the related theories of employee turnover and human resources in China,and provides theoretical guidance for X printing companies to reduce employee turnover rate,which has important theoretical significance.X printing company through the implementation of this management model the loss of employees,help to reduce the employee turnover rate,maintain the stability of the company's employees,reduce the cost of employee turnover cost,provide enough manpower for the development of the company,which has an important realistic significance.In the process of research,this paper mainly adopts the research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,field investigation and so on.Through the relevant staff turnover related literature study,understand the classification of employee turnover,cost estimation theory of employee turnover,which have adequate theoretical support of this research;through field investigation,the author deeply into the internal X printing company,understand the current situation of human resources and in recent years the company employee turnover situation,pay status,get the real data;through the questionnaire survey,in-depth study of the reasons for the high rate of X printing company staff turnover,to provide a basis for the company's management strategy of employee turnover.The research takes X printing company as an example,and the research results have strong practicability.
