Textile and clothing industry is a typical labor-intensive industry, as the representative of the traditional industry has been a pillar industry of our country. The rapid development of China’s textile industry, has become outstanding worldwide, also have very strong competitiveness. However, in China’s textile and clothing industry rapid development today, we should clear realize that this industry is facing the unprecedented bottlenecks now, such as:the appreciation of Renminbi, rising labor costs and raw materials prices, hire, high rate of front-line Employee turnover, et al. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the textile and clothing industry, through the existing theoretical basis, combining with the Nan-jing A textile and garment co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as A comp-any) in real situation, find out the inner rules of its loss. The purpose is to help A company out and improve the loyalty of employees, reduce the active turnover of employee, make the company’s management attaches great importance to the front-line employee turnover problems. Meanwhile, for other enterprises to provide reference in similar circumstances. This paper not only enriches the study of the theory of the textile and clothing industry a gleam of staff turnover, and lowers the front-line employee turnover for textile and clothing enterprises, improve the solidarity of front-line employee, the enhancement enterprise’s internal cohesive force has the certain practical significance.A company is small and medium-sized textile and clothing enterprises, in the process of development also received the front-line employee turn-over problems, have a negative impact on enterprises, cause a great loss. In this paper, A company as the research object, through nearly three years a glimmer of employee turnover statistics, analyzes the characteristics of front-line employee turnover in A company and the effects on the enterprises. Affecting all aspects of reasons of staff turnover has carried on the concrete analysis, through to the exit interview employees, methods of individual interview record and tracking survey, find out the cause of high active turnover of employees., On this basis, for the front-line employees in their job satisfaction questionnaires investigation,and from the perspective of human resource management, put forward the corresponding improvement measures.This paper first on the basis of the research to the problem of staff turnover form the domestic and foreign experts and scholars, put forward the issue of the current domestic company employee turnover phenomenon; Second, introduced the history of A company, the characteristics of the organizational structure, as well as the loss of active employees in almost three years, analyze the present situation about the front-line employee turnover, and the front-line employee turnover on the impact of A company; Again, combined with the human resources department to provide exit interview employees table analysis, individual interview record and follow-up survey summary, it is concluded that the reasons of the loss of front-line employee, and the front-line employees working for A company job satisfaction questionnaire to demonstrate the above reasons, point out A company in the front-line employee career planning, compensation, working environment problems, performance appraisal, etc;. Finally, in view of the phenomenon of front-line employees leaving A company, from two aspects of enterprise and employee individual put forward the corresponding solutions.
