Research On The Employee Turnover For N Group

The orthopedic medical equipment industry in China has been in a stable state of rapid development for years, there are many new entrants and a lot of money invested into this industry. The medical instrument is a special industry, it has special products and employee:Medical background, the ability of learning, adaptability, good psychological quality and so on. The company have to spend a lot of time and money to train a new employee as an experience employee and the employee turnover is always a big problem with local company。Based on the theory on the basis of research achievements of office, take the N Group employee as the object of study. By telephoneinterview and questionnaire survey, to find the reason of employee turnover in N Group, analysis the result and put forward the corresponding solutions. By this, hope to reduce the employee turnover rats. At the end of this paper, the author also concluded the achievement and drawbacks.
