Agriculture is a pillar industry of the national economy,and has made tremendous contributions to economic development.The characteristics of agricultural investment are high risk and low yield,which are greatly influenced by natural climate and policy environment.The nature and market environment of the agricultural industry determine the risk of agricultural projects,which makes the risks faced by agricultural projects more complicated.Therefore,strengthening the risk prevention of agricultural projects plays an extremely important role in ensuring the success of projects.The success rate of agricultural projects is low,one of the important reasons is that the project risk is ignored in the project decision making,and the effective risk analysis process and risk prevention measures are lacking.Taking the demonstration project of A's characteristic flower standardization production as an example,this paper analyzes the risk characteristics of the project,analyzes the risk control factors according to the theoretical process of the management system,and then formulate the related factor evaluation system according to the analysis results,and through the expert scoring method,the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The comprehensive risk level of the project is evaluated by law and other methods.Finally,the Countermeasures for various risks are put forward for the results of project risk assessment.This study will provide a detailed reference for the standardized demonstration project of A company's characteristic flower production.It can improve the management degree of the company,improve the results of the company's performance,and provide reference for the risk management of the same kind of agricultural projects.
