Research On Risk Control Of ERP Project In Agriculture Enterprise

The main role of risk control in ERP project should be dived into four processes(risk recognition,risk analysis,risk estimation and risk control).The successful implementation of one project includes numerous factors,such as project cost,process,quality,scope,risk and so on.What the real way to achieve the target of project management is to cover whole range of risk control while executing.However,the project success bases on the risk control,especially the follow-up project benefits.ERP system is a computerized enterprise resource management system which bases on an advanced concept of enterprise management and could promote the production operation in the whole plan.Besides,it plays a crucial role in the area of enhancing management level and reducing business cost.Over the past 15 years,in our country many manufacturing and other industries have introduced ERP management system to enhance enterprise competitiveness,however the effect of what they apply is not ideal,especially in the traditional agricultural industry.The ERP system is mainly aimed at the application of quantitative production of industrial manufacturing enterprises.The realization of the software is based on the standard and quantitative ERP data,non-standard business data processing is not directly.As the bad recent condition,such as the slow development of our agriculture industry,the backward concept,unreasonable industrial structure and the defective business model,ERP project management faces high risk in technology and management.Nowadays,on the market success of the case are few and far between.Therefore,how to control the risk of agricultural enterprises has become the key of the successful implementation of ERP project.In this paper,the research method used combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,theoretical analysis and case analysis.It takes the Xibaipo CRC hope Town which uses ERP project as example to conduct the research to the company in the implementation of ERP project management and risk control.Firstly,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the traditional farming,and points out that the company implemented the necessity of ERP project,analyses the development situation of the general project management,points out the ERP project management has special and risk,and has carried on the analysis to farm in South Austin as the research object,from the ERP application early such as project organization,project consulting services and software selection.Secondly,it focuses on the South Austin farms in the ERP project implementation process and business process reengineering of the relationship,points out the business process reengineering of the risk factors and the implementation of risk control method.At the end,it discusses how to implement the control strategy and how to introduce external risk management mechanism.It applies the corresponding principle to establish the evaluation system in the supervision effect of the ERP project and the evaluation index of supervision effect is analyzed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the empirical research is carried out on the practical test.
