Private small and medium-sized enterprises not only become a powerful driving force for the vigorous development of China's economy,but also been an important foundation for the harmonious and stable development of the social economy with their large numbers and strong environmental adaptability.However,China's small and medium-sized enterprises at present are facing problems such as the immature development strategy and the lack of attention to development strategies.Under the continuous improvement of economic environment and social environment,small and medium-sized enterprises must attach importance to the research and implementation of development strategies,enhance their own operations,improve their management capabilities,and achieve competitive advantages in the ever-changing market environment through the use of development strategies.In order to realize the development of the company.Guangzhou Fangdao Information Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter to be referred as Company Fangdao)is a private information technology service of small and medium-sized enterprises.It is a young and dynamic group of network marketing promotion,e-commerce operations,and big data analysis with a background in Internet entrepreneurship.An Internet service provider specializing in network marketing promotion,e-commerce operations services,network resource integration,and big data analytics.Company Fangdao provides services to a wide range of enterprises and merchants,and has a network interaction platform such as Wechat Public Account,Weibo,and a Website with the highest popularity in the local area and have a large number of people.It integrates various social tools for big data analysis and interactive marketing.And provide a variety of professional Internet services with their rich event marketing planning and big data analysis experience.However,with the development and expansion of the company,subject to constraints of local resources and the emergence of competitors,such as the average small and medium-sized enterprises,encountered the bottleneck of development,the growth in the past two years has slowed or even no growth.Therefore,it is imperative to transform and adjust the company's development strategy and break through the bottleneck of development.Based on the development status of China's SMEs and the tremendous changes in China's economic and competitive environment,in this paper utilizing of Guangzhou Fangdao Information Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and systematically analyzes the difficulties and development strategies encountered by SMEs in the development process..Through the analysis of the external and internal environment of the Company Fangdao,found that the company was in a very fierce competitive environment,and through a review of a large number of documents,combined with the company's current status survey,utilize PEST model analyzed the external environment,adopted Porter's five force model analyzes the competitive environment and take advantage of SWOT analysis to analyze the dynamic state situation,study and formulate development strategies,and guarantee the implementation of development strategies.Through the research on the development strategy of the Company Fangdao,it provides reference and inspiration for Company Fangdao and SMEs in the same environment,especially for information technology service companies.
