| Since reform and opening up,our country has made headway in economica development and also have scored remarkable achievements in foreigntrade。The small-and-medium sized foreign trade enterprises have made a great contribution to China's trade prosperity.After China joined the World Trade Organization,with the release of the commerce operation authority,many manufacturing enterprises ,international corporations and other private companies entered into foreign trade field,the competition which small-and-medium sized foreign trade enterprises faced became even fiercer.Recently , there are more and more factors weigh heavily against small-and-medium sized foreign trade enterprises,such as fall in tax refunds to exporters,the persistent increasing of exchange rate of RMB and rising cost of the raw materials.The operating environment for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises keep deteriorating day by day, they are even under the crisis of survival. So,for small-and-medium sized foreign trade enterprises,it is urgent to solve the problem,that how can they break the dilemma and realizetheir long-term survival and development.In this thesis,the author take Yantai ETTC Corporation for instance,to discuss the background,the necessity and the choice of drafting a development strategy and the channel of implementing the strategy. At first,the author introduces the background of selecting this theme, the purpose and the significance of the study, the paper's framework,and the theories of strategy mentioned in the thesis. Secondly,the current status of small-and-medium sized foreign trade enterprises as well as its superiority and inferiority is analysed,the necessity of drafting a development strategy is also been expounded。Thirdly,the author introduces the corporation's development,analyses the external macroscopical and industry environment along with the internal operational circumstances the company faced,and then uses SWOT analysis method to perform a general diagnosis of Yantai ETTC Corporation. Finally, according to the SWOT analysis,the author proposes that,the corporation should choose backward integration strategy as its development strategy,focus differentiation strategy as its competitive strategy,and gives some advices on the channel of implementing these strategies. |
