| SP logistics is a small and medium-sized logistics company with 20 years of freight experience.Since the company was founded,due to the serious lack of standards and policy guidance in the freight market,with the rapid economic development,the original logistics industry has become very competitive.To the extent that it squeezes the survival space of small and medium logistics companies.In the early stage of the company’s establishment,SP Logistics was in good operating condition,with considerable annual operating revenue.The company’s financial status was relatively good.In the later period,especially since 2015,the company accelerated the pace of enterprise development,ignoring the financial pressure that the company could bear.In the absence of scientific strategic analysis,blindly investing in projects has led to difficulties in company operations in the past two years.In view of this,the paper hopes to analyze the internal and external environment in which the company is currently located and identify the opportunities and challenges that the company faces,so as to formulate a scientific corporate strategy,so that the enterprise can get rid of the current operating difficulties and guide the development of the enterprise.In the first step,the external environment faced by the company and the factors in the logistics industry use Porter’s five-force model to identify the opportunities and challenges the company faces.The second step is to use the SWOT analysis method and the quantitative strategic planning matrix to finally determine which optimal development strategy the company should take to plan and guide the current development of the company.The third step,after determining the optimal development strategy adopted by the company,the paper puts forward the necessary safeguard measures that need to be taken in order to guarantee the implementation effect of the optimal strategy,and specifically lists the specific implementation methods of these safeguard measures.The research results of the dissertation can be used to specifically guide the solution of the problems facing SP logistics at the present stage.The research conclusions of the dissertation can also provide some guidance and reference for the strategy formulation and implementation of other domestic small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. |
