With the development of economy and the growth of diversified demands of enterprises,labor dispatch system has rapidly occupied the market and become the main form of employment in many enterprises.But too fast development speed of the labor dispatching system,labor dispatching labor management is still not standard,the related policy of our country is not detailed enough,the dispatched employees' rights and interests are violated.No effective management for labor dispatch staff in companies,so there are now many problems such as employees are not loyalty,high turnover,it's unfavorable to the normal operation of enterprise daily work.Rereading the relevant domestic and foreign research literature,and based on the system incentive theory research,this paper summarized the research status,in-depth understand the labor dispatching system development background and the status quo.According to the labor dispatch staff characteristics of the cable company,analysis the company labor dispatching employee incentive system problems: unreasonable salary design,employee promotion channel is not smooth,no incentive use of the enterprise culture,incentive system has not been effective implementation,then aiming at these problems put forward to perfect the cable company incentive mechanism,improve the efficiency of labor dispatch staff management countermeasures and Suggestions.
