With the rapid development of global economic integration,the Mongolia in international economy,from the fierce competition in the developed countries,especially in Mongolia in the process of the enterprise in the international market economy competition is very big,Mongolia enterprises want to let oneself in a dominant position in the international competition,not only to the professional manager system,protection of the rights and interests of relevant degree,improve the degree of market economy and other aspects,more should attach great importance to the building of corporate human resources performance management structure,must work hard in the performance management.Therefore,this study takes the gobi corporation of Mongolia as an example to study the problems and countermeasures in the process of performance manag ement.Article through to the gobi corporation the actual research and in-depth analysis,on the basis of the existing problems in performance management were expounded,and the specific reasons for these problems are analyzed,at the end of the article in view of the gobi corporation industry the existing problems,combined with its actual sit uation proposed a set of perfect feasible solutions,the efficient work of late to the enterprise performance management provides a reliable theory.In the process of the study,first of all,to the enterprise human resources management theory of related concepts to understand,and the function and significance of the implementation of performance management of the enterprise,for the follow-up research work ready full theory.Second,in the gobi corporation industry,on the basis of field investigation,combines the actual conditions of the enterprise management status,for some outstanding problems existing in the process of its management is summarized,and the causes of the problems for the detailed analysis of the present enterprise performance management and the gobi and Shanghai "Hongran construction group" compares the performance man agement problems,to understand China and Mongolia performance management problem between different enterprises,which related to the late laid a solid foundation for the establishment of countermeasures.Finally,this paper puts forward a set of effective and feasible solutions to the problems existing in the performance management process of gobi company,so as to realize the effective improvement of the enterprise performance management.Through the empirical analysis of the performance management of gobi company,this paper provides a set of scientific and effective reference and guidance for the reform of performance management system of private enterprises in China.
