Research On The Performance Management Of CITS CNS

With the rapid development of national economy,the number of travel agencies is increasing,which largely promotes the rapid development of tourism industry.But at the same time,the rapid development of tourism industry also has exposed more and more problems,such as travel industry market competition continuously intense,tourism talent shortage,low salary,and the attention paid on the tourism performance management is insufficient,etc.These problems lead to that the quality of travel agency's performance management in current China is low,which seriously hinders the healthy development of domestic travel agencies.Therefore,it has important reference and research significance for consummates our country travel agency's performance management by investigating the current status of performance management of our country's travel agency,putting forwards the main problems,making cause analysis and giving suggestions and measures with pertinence.This thesis takes the China Tour International Travel Service Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as: CITS CNS)as the research object of performance management,then it makes the clear definition,function and methods of the performance management,as well as goes the relevant introduction of the travel agencies' industry characteristics and its performance management's methods,which provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of the performance management of CITS CNS.Then,on the basis of the introduction for the basic situation such as organization structure of CITS CNS,then it goes on the analysis about the basic structure,the quality composition and characteristics of performance management of the employees in current CITS through the method of questionnaire.In addition,it goes on the detailed analysis about the existing performance management effect of CITS CNS from the performance management related theory cognitive,performance management system present situation investigation as well as the performance management implementation effect and satisfaction survey.Third,it concludes that there are some problems existing in the CITS CNS performance management on the basis of the analysis of the performance management condition for CITS CNS,such as performance management system lacks systematicness,performance evaluation is not standardized,performance management lacks consistent recognition,and the performance indicators set lacks guidance.At the same time,this thesis also carries out the corresponding cause analysis to these questions.Finally,on the basis of the analysis for the performance management condition and main problems existing in the CITS CNS,this thesis builds the performance management system for CITS CNS,determines the goals of its performance management,then this thesis proposes the supporting measures on the implementation of performance management system for CITS CNS from four aspects: the improvement of performance management system,standardized management of performance evaluation,enhancement of performance management cognitive and the culture shape of performance management.
