With the economic and social development,more and more companies are realizing the importance of human resources,and incorporate human resources development and management into strategic management.A chemical industry as a 90 's factory,has 20 years of history,With the rapid development of the enterprises and the growing scale,at the same time,there are also a lot of contradictions and problems,especially human resource management prominent.The concept of human resource management of the leadership is backward,Personnel work only stays inA files,salaries,attendance,training,etc.Until 2011,a special human resource management department has been set up.However,due to lack of follow-up tracking and personnel training,the role of human resource management department has not been brought into full play.Do not create the expected value for the development of the company.At present,it can be said that human resource management is an important factor that restricts the development of A Chemical industry.How to give full play to the role of human resources management,make it a disadvantage,and truly escort the development of the enterprise has become a problem that companies must consider now.Finally,in response to these issues,some targeted countermeasures were proposed.This paper takes A chemical industry as an example,based on the author's ten years of experience in A Chemical Industry,through the data collection,interviews with employees,and questionnaire surveys,the company's human resources management issues were sorted out and summarized.including recruitment,training,salary,performance,incentives and other aspects.and analyzed the reasons for its occurrence.Hope that through this study,the first is to make enterprises aware of the importance of human resources management and attach great importance to human resource management,the second is to make enterprises aware of the current problems.If they are not resolved,they will inevitably affect the future competition of the company.The third is to propose corresponding countermeasures for the solution of the company's human resources problems,and hopes to have a certain use value for the company.
