Study On The Coordinated Development Of Economy And Environment Based On Gray Correlation In Henan Province

The coupling between economy and environment is reflected in the degree and direction of interaction between the two systems' internal factors,as well as the complex rules of the evolution of external time and space.As the main body of Zhongyuan Economic Zone in Henan Province,the economy has developed rapidly,but in the long term,the economy of high speed development is accompanied by the gradual deterioration of the resource environment,which is far from the concept of "sustainable development" and "harmonious society" advocated by the state.The main reasons for restricting social and economic development are energy shortage,shortage of resources,and great environmental pressure.Therefore,taking Henan Province as an example,the comprehensive analysis of current situation of the development of economy and environment around the city in Henan Province,using related theories and methods such as economics,environment,expounds the connotation and mechanism of coordinated development of economy and environment.Based on the gray relational theory model,the correlation degree model and the coupling model of the internal factors of the regional economic and environmental systems are constructed,and the relationship between economic growth and environmental quality is studied from two dimensions of time and space,and the distribution of the coupling coordination degree between the two dimensions is studied.Based on the experience of the coordinated development of economy and environment in typical regional and foreign countries,the countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed to promote the coordinated development of economy and environment in various cities of Henan Province.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The regional economy and environment factors coupling mechanism has great complexity,Henan Province economic and environmental development status of gray correlation degree analysis from 2006 to 2015,which shows that closely related to economic development and ecological environment.In particular,economic dynamism and people's living standards are most prominent effect on the stress of the ecological environment,mainly reflected in the urbanization level,the second industry share of GDP,the engel coefficient of urban residents,etc.;At the same time,environmental pollution and environmental construction have a great impact on economic development,mainly in the aspects of green coverage,industrial dust emission,urban sewage treatment rate and industrial SO2 emission.(2)In the space,the economic and environmental coupling characteristics of the city of Henan Province are obvious.In general,in the center of Zhengzhou,the east-west direction of east-west direction decreases,and the north-south direction decreases from north to south,forming five different regions.Zhengzhou is the capital city of Henan Province and the central plains economic zone at the heart of the city,the coupling level is higher,belong to high levels of coupling phase 0.809,followed by Xuchang,Jiyuan,Jiaozuo,Hebi,Luoyang,Anyang,Luohe,Kaifeng,Nanyang,Sanmenxia,Xinxiang,Pingdingshan,Puyang economic and environmental coupling mainly concentrated in the 0.6 ~ 0.8,coupling effect is stronger,belongs to the running-in stage.The main concentration of Zhumadian and Shangqiu coupling is 0.5~ 0.6,and the coupling effect is moderate,which is the antagonistic stage.The coupling of Zhoukou and Xinyang is the weakest,and the coupling degree is mainly concentrated in 0.4~ 0.5,which belongs to the low level coupling stage.The coupling difference between 18 cities is also obvious.(3)On time,economy and environment around the city of Henan Province coupling although fluctuated,but overall is on the rise,reduce,antagonism,significant stage characteristics,the increased from 2006 to 2015,the coupling average increased by 0.02,up from antagonism stage running-in stage.In the past 10 years,the economic and environmental coupling of the 18 cities has been gradually decreasing except for Pingdingshan,Sanmenxia,Xinxiang and Jiyuan,which are on the rise.Environmental quality and economic development are also moving towards high level coupling.(4)In view of the economy and environment in Henan Province within the system factor interaction status and the characteristics of coupling evolution suggested that take the following economic and environmental coordinated development countermeasures,specific include: first,sets up the resource environment and economy coordinated development concept;Second,we should use economic means to increase investment in environmental protection.Third,we should promote industrial restructuring and give priority to the development of tertiary industries.Fourth,implement the classified control of the space level;Fifth,we need to balance economic and environmental development.In order to promote the sustainable development of economy and environment in Henan Province from the above five aspects.
