| China has become a big trading country in the world.Inspection and quarantine organization is the important part of Chinese foreign trade management system.In order to keep the trading power on the international stage in the fierce competition and obtain a better development,the inspection department must improve work efficiency,optimize the working process,continually adapt to the development situation of foreign trade.The thesis is organized as follows.At first,it addresses the significance of the study including the introduction of the current situation and development history of Tianjin foreign trade and the inspection and quarantine institution.Then it discusses the importance of inspection and quarantine organization in Tianjin import and export trade.Meanwhile the thesis gives the reason why choosing dangerous chemicals as the study object,including its definition and dangerous management organizations and regulations at home and abroad,as well as the necessity of strict supervision in China.Secondly,it discusses the theory of process optimization,Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma.Thirdly,it introduces excellent examples of dangerous chemicals inspection and quarantine of ports in China and overseas.Then it offers some proposals for Tianjin inspection and quarantine bureau.At last,this thesis makes a brief analysis of the problems and analyzes the key part of import inspection and quarantine procedure of dangerous chemicals: the testing process of dangerous chemicals and makes optimization.The thesis uses DMAIC model and makes a detailed data analysis of the timeless,accuracy and authority of the testing lab,which are the top three concerns of customers,and finds out the key factors and puts forwards the optimization scheme by the combination of flow chart,cause and effect diagram,Pareto chart etc.so as to improve the work efficiency and service level.The study result presented in this thesis has a referential value on process management of Tianjin inspection and quarantine organization for the import of dangerous chemicals. |
