Analysis On Present Situation Of Anhui Pear Industry And Research On Proposals For Its Development

Anhui is a major agricultural province in China,the development of the fruit industry to grow up from small to big,from weak to strong,with its status also increasing year by year,has gradually become an important pillar industry in the field of agriculture,which is listed as "one of the ten leading industries" in the agricultural industrialization of Anhui province.Pear planting has an important position with a long history,of which planting area and the yield shot to the top of the ranking in fruit planting of Anhui Province.Through several interviews with renowned experts in Anhui province pear industry,field investigation,literature review,study on status quo of Anhui pear production,processing,distribution and other aspects,a conclusion is arrived at that there are some problems in the process of production,processing,sales in pear industry of Anhui province presently,which performed prominently at five aspects.First,aging infrastructure,equipment and inadequate investment;Second,serious young labour's loss,difficulties in pear planting and processing employment;Third,the degree of production organization.Although some agricultural production cooperatives gradually rise,there are still problems like small scale,imperfect organization systems,less internal cohesion in the organization system and weak driving orgnising abilities;Fourth,high production cost,low selling price and low farmers' income;Fifth,fewer high quality brands,relatively single marketing channel,insufficient propaganda and lack of excavating the demand of the market potential.The pear growers' income status quo in Anhui Province was grasped by mainly investigating the pear production costs and benefits,analyzing the proportion of each part of the cost of production,and analyzing pear industry market prospects of Anhui province from international and domestic aspects at the same time,finally using the SWOT analysis model to do the depth analysis on its competitiveness.In view of the problems found in the research and analysis,this paper finally gives some suggestions from three levels: government,farmers and processing enterprises.The services and management of Anhui province government,which is the backbone for the majority of farmers and processing enterprises,plays a protective role in rapid and sound development of pear industry.The government should effectively promote the work from seven aspects.First,to improve the mechanism of information statistics and sharing to provide a strong basis for scientific decision-making;Second,to formulate the strict production standards tostrengthen the implementation of quality and safety supervision responsibilities;Third,to perfect the quality and safety traceability system of pear products.Fourth,to establish disaster early warning systerm and prevention and control mechanism;Fifth,to promote the pear production insurance,establish and perfect the last line of defense to ensure fruit growers' income;Sixth,to cultivate the leading enterprises to promote the development of the industry;Seventh,to intensify the coordination among production,processing and scientific research departments to integrate the production,learning and research deeply;Eighth,to regulate the prices and markets of agricultural materials.Ninth,to cultivate the professional agents to promote the connection between farmers and consumers.The majority of fruit growers and cooperators,first,should pay close attention to improve the scientific,cultural and cognitive level.Second,control the quality of the source strictly to ensure the safety and health quality of pear fruits.Fruit processing enterprises,first,must be strict in quality and safety of raw materials to produce qualified,high-quality products;second,intensify R & D efforts to take a superior and deep-processing route.
