Study On Pear Industry Development In Qixian County

Agricultural industrialization refers to the industrial management of agricultural products from production to processing,to sales and services,and treats them like factories.This is the basis of agricultural modernization.In 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Agricultural Products Processing Industry",pointing out that agricultural products industrialization should use the advantages and characteristics of resources to build agricultural products into the entire industrial chain and focus on the varieties and quality of agricultural products.,brand,value-added optimization.The 13 th Five-Year Plan also requires that agricultural products processing rely on superior resources to improve traditional industries and find a new development model to consolidate the position of agricultural products in the market.As the “hometown of Chinese pears”,Jixian County has a considerable significance for the social and economic development of the entire Jixian County farmers and even the entire Jixian County.Jixian County is a national-level pear production base county,and the fruit industry has risen to the county.The first of the three leading industries of fruit,cattle and vegetables has become a major advantage and highlight of the agricultural economic growth and the increase in farmers’ income.The planting of Pixian pears not only relies on the unique geographical advantages,but also benefits from the rapid development of the transportation industry in recent years,the improvement of science and technology,and the expansion of the pears in Jixian from domestic sales to overseas.This paper uses literature research,field investigation and other methods,and uses relevant industry theory knowledge to analyze and study the development of Jixian pear industry from six aspects: production planting,scale production,geographical layout,variety structure,storage processing and market sales.The status quo of industrial development and the analysis of the advantages of the development of the pear industry in Jixian County.In view of the irrational variety structure,backward planting technology and management level,insufficient storage and processing capacity,inadequate sales system,insufficient socialized service,and unsound industrial system,the development of the pear industry in Jixian County is prosperous from science and technology;High-quality fruit base construction,green fertilization to ensure fruit quality and safety;improve storage and processing capacity;expand sales channels,create famous brands;strengthen policy and financial support,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,and hope to provide useful information for the development of Jixian pear industry reference.
