Study On The Exit Mechanism Of Rural Homestead In Anhui Province

Rural homestead is an important part of pastoral land,has close relationship with the farmers.With the rapid process of urbanization in China,the rural homestead exit has become the only way which must be passed to promote rural development.Anhui province is agriculture and labor exporting province,population flow will inevitably lead to the rural homestead idle,the establishment of rural homestead exit mechanism it is imperative.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant policies of urbanization and rural development in recent years,and combs the domestic and foreign scholars on the research results of urbanization and rural homestead exit.Secondly,the partition of Anhui Province,Northern Anhui,Anhui are outlined,along the Yangtze River(South Anhui),four regional natural,social and economic conditions,especially the present situation of rural residential land,summed up Anhui province in promoting the new urbanization process,rural residential land use in the management process the existing problems of Anhui province.By comparing the cross city inflow,outflow of population and cities per capita residential land area,and the double population to the four area "and" double occupation "quantity,spatial analysis,that hinder the development of urbanization in Anhui province are the main problem of Anhui province regional distribution of land resources don't balance,especially in Northern Anhui rural surplus and Anhui,the imbalance of city construction along the River District land shortage.Again,focus on the analysis of Anhui Province Rural Homestead exit condition,the basic ideas and principles of rural homestead,the establishment of exit mechanism,from the construction of incentive,forced,gravity,thrust,the balanced development of the five major mechanism of advancing the rural homestead of the province from the execution of the work.Finally,the funds from the society,according to the five major mechanisms of rural residential building in Anhui province exit,law(system),culture(customs)security measures are put forward to promote the rural homestead exit mechanism in the province of the four aspects,to further promote the development of new towns in the province.
