A Study On Urban Synthetic Carrying Capacity Evaluation Of The Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration

As an important regional unit participating in regional competition and regional division of labor,urban agglomeration is the main form of China's new urbanization process.The Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration is located in the central and western regions of China,which is a cities and towns densely distributed area along the "Silk Road Economic Belt",with strong economic vitality.The evaluation of the urban synthetic carrying capacity of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration is helpful to regulate the urban development mode and the sustainable development of the urban agglomeration,so as to realize the radiation driving effect better.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,taking regional economic theory as a guide,using the analytic hierarchy process as a tool,combining with the conception of the city's comprehensive carrying capacity and the construction principles of evaluation index system,this paper constructs the synthetic carrying capacity evaluation index system of city.Based on the data of 5 prefecture-level cities and 3 county-level cities from 2005 to 2014,this paper evaluates the synthetic carrying capacity of the Guanzhong plain urban agglomeration.Conclusion:(1)the urban synthetic carrying capacity of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration ranking from high to low is Xi'an,Baoji,Hancheng,Tongchuan,Xingping,Xianyang,Huayin and Weinan.With the average as the standard,the top five belong to the high load area,and the latter three belong to the low load area.(2)the analysis of the changes with time of the urban comprehensive carrying capacity of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration shows that: 1)compared with 10 years ago,the synthetic carrying capacity of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration increases,while thechanges are different in different cities;2)the synthetic carrying capacity of the county-level cities increases stably.(3)the analysis of the changes with time of the urban synthetic carrying capacity of the whole Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration shows the urban comprehensive carrying capacity of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration changed in the phased fluctuation,and the change probably can be divided into 5 stages;the change levels with time of the urban key factor carrying capacity is different and tends to be in a hierarchical state.(4)in the seven urban agglomerations,the urban comprehensive carrying capacity of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration is in the lower position ranked 6,and its urban comprehensive carrying capacity has a large space for improvement.Finally,according to the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the urban comprehensive carrying capacity of the Guanzhong Plain Urban agglomeration.
