Research On The Urban Agglomeration Economic Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors In Guanzhong Plain Region

Urban agglomeration is an important form of regional economic development,which can optimize the allocation of regional resources and promote regional economic development.In the process of urban agglomeration development,we should not only pay attention to the total amount of economic development,but also pay attention to the development of economic efficiency.In recent years,with the continuous increase of economic factor input,the economic growth of urban agglomeration in Guanzhong plain is weak,and some cities even show negative growth,which indicates that the economic efficiency of urban agglomeration has been in trouble.To study the economic efficiency of Guanzhong plain urban agglomeration,find out the factors affecting the economic efficiency and put forward Suggestions to improve the economic efficiency is of great significance for the urban agglomeration to promote the economic efficiency and sustainable development and achieve the planning objectives.In order to obtain the status and influencing factors of the economic efficiency of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,this article starts from the perspective of the input and output of the urban agglomeration economic efficiency.First,it sorts out the relevant literature and mainly sorts out the correlation between the economic efficiency of the urban agglomeration and the factors affecting the economic efficiency.Literature,and define the concept of economic efficiency of urban agglomerations,and elaborate on related theories;Secondly,analyze the current status of input and output of economic elements in the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain.Based on this,the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain through the DEA-BCC model 2007-In 2017,the overall economic efficiency was measured,and the economic efficiency of each city in 2017 was measured;in addition,the economic efficiency of the urban agglomeration was used as the interpretation object,and the Tobit regression model was used to conduct an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the economic efficiency of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration;finally,Based on the results of empirical analysis,suggestions are made to promote the economic efficiency of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration.Through analysis,this article research conclusion is: the economic efficiency,from 2007 to 2017,the economic efficiency of urban agglomerations in Guanzhong plain is in a valid state in 2014,the rest of the year for a relatively valid or invalid state,the economic efficiency of each city,in 2017,only in Xian and economic efficiency in a valid state of Qingyang,the rest of the city in a relatively valid or invalid state;In terms of influencing factors of economic efficiency,the four factors of financial development level,human capital level,government role and infrastructure are positively correlated with the economic efficiency of Guanzhong plain urban agglomeration,while the two factors of economic opening level and development condition are negatively correlated with the economic efficiency of Guanzhong plain urban agglomeration.
