Since the implementation of the strategy of developing the western region in 2001,China has opened the door to the outside world and has made close trade ties with the neighboring the Central Asian.In 2009,Northwest of China region to the Central Asia,the total export products reached the northwest total exports of more than 56%.In the trade exchanges with China and the Central Asia,the economic level and the people's life have greatly improved.Our country has also gained a lot of resources to support and provided a strong impetus to the construction of the "Silk Road Economic Zone".China continued to strengthen links with Europe.The increasing ties between the Central Asian region and the economic and cultural ties in the northwest China are not only due to the geographical location,but also because of the complementarity and cultural similarity between the industrial structure and trade structure in the northwest and the five countries of Central Asia.Now,the Central Asia has gradually entered a stable growth period,but poor infrastructure,transportation network is not perfect,these reasons severely restricts the development of the Central Asia.Through the analysis of Northwest China and the five countries of Central Asia industrial structure and trade structure,and measured the synchronization isomorphism,the economic cycle fluctuations industry,trade dependency and trade competitiveness,drawn five northwest China and Central Asian countries The similarity of industrial structure is low,the correlation between economic cycle fluctuation is strong,the export of Northwest China is relatively dependent on the Central Asian market,and there is industry complementarity between the two regions.And found that oil and natural gas industry;general equipment and special equipment manufacturing;fabricated metal products;the complementary nature of industrial textiles and garments,footwear and apparel industry,are "supply and demand" complementary,complementary industrial structure of a single,mostly vertical division of labor between industries cooperation,the lack of a horizontal division of labor.
