Since the Western Han Dynasty period, China and the Central Asian countries has established economic relations, to the beginning of this century, in the background of globalization, trade and investment and other economic exchanges close again, Chinese and the Central Asian countries hope to strengthen industrial cooperation and exchanges between the two sides, improve the industrial structure of both sides. In 2013, "along the way" was to enter people’s vision, the "area" even refers to the Silk Road Economic Zone, it is the strategic concept put forward China President Xi Jinping visited Kazakhstan, this strategy will be for industrial cooperation Chinese and the five Central Asian countries have opened "a new window". China and the Central Asian countries are at different levels of industrial development, which also determines the existence of strong complementarity and the five Central Asian countries Chinese industry. Through the study of the five countries of Central Asia and China industrial complementarity to industrial cooperation and exchange more efficient research Chinese and the Central Asian countries, and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of both sides, the prosperity of the Silk Road Economic zone.This paper adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, from the China and the Central Asian countries complementary industrial expansion research foundation, condition, performance and effect of the four major aspects. The thesis consists of 6 parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background and significance, literature review, research content and frame, research methods, the. The second part is the theoretical foundation of the introduction, involves two aspects:one is the industry and related theory; the two is the industrial complementarity theory. The third part analysis the differences of industry structure of Chinese and the five Central Asian countries. The fourth part introduces the industrial interrelatedness analysis Chinese and the five Central Asian countries. The fifth part is the industrial complementary performance:through empirical research to verify Chinese trade with five Central Asian countries in the industrial complementarity. The sixth part is conclusions and suggestions.
