On the basis of a large number of literature reading,it summarizes the theory developments of HRBP(Human Resource Business Partner)and Competence at home and abroad,analyses the basement of HRBP theory.Based on case study of the HRBP implementation model in A Group,it concludes A Group HRBP existing problems,such as: the lack of comprehensive performance evaluation mechanism,the capabilities of HRBP practitioners is unqualified and the enterprise implementation environment is not ideal for HRBP implementation.In combination with related literature research,it concludes A Group HRBP 30 Competence Elements through Critical Incident Interview and Questionnaire Method,from both subjective and objective.It extracts 4 main dimensions of A Group HRBP Competency,they are Integration Dimension,Professionals Dimension,Employees Partners Dimension and Consultants Dimension.After the reliability test and validity inspection proves above conclusion.At the end,it draws out the Competency Model of A Group HRBP and analyzes the model.It suggests that A Group HRBP Competency Model can be divided into Integration Dimension,Professionals Dimension,Employees Partners Dimension and Consultants Dimension four dimensions,and each dimension includes several different Competence Elements.Comparing to the traditional HR management,HRBP model is an emerging model of HR management.Based on a large number of literature reading,it compares traditional HR Managers' Competency Model to A Group HRBP Competency Model.
