The First-line Managers?with the certain management abilities in specific managementactivities in the management group,take the role of connecting every departments in theenterprises. Whether the salary leverage can be well used to encourage first-line managersencourage first-line managers work enthusiasm is related to affection of enterprise operationand the smooth realization of strategic objectives. It is very important to design Fair andcompetitive salary model for enterprise according to the feature of first-line managers'positions.This paper firstly introduces the selection of subject background, significance, relevantliteratures and research contents and methods.By taking investigation the salary model andanalyzing the deficiency of Zhuzhou Lince Group Co., Ltd., we consider reconstructing thesalary model,from analyzing the enterprise strategy to salary strategy, clearing the direction ofthe salary model. We used a variety of methods such as material, interviews and observation,reference points method and Hays System to evaluating jobs. By taking salary survey to knowthe level of salary in enterprise, combining advantages of broadband salary and paid pointsystem, We designed a comprehensive salary model evaluating posts, skills and performance.Evaluating the post value by posts point, also the ability level by skills points, the performancelevel by Performance point. Therfore,a dynamic and flexible salary modle is formed.Atlast,predict the results and analyze its shortage and limitations.The design of salary model of Zhuzhou Lince Group Co., Ltd. is a long-term process.Ittakes quite a long time to collect questionnaire surveys.The information contributes to knowsalary status and direction of improvement.Through the implementation of new salary model, We can break rigid structure post salaryand produce a butterfly effect?drive the development and evaluation of enterprise professionalskills, perfect the system of performance management, promote the enterprise culture and soon.We achieve the level of human resources management development and improvement andprovide some references for the similar enterprises.
