In a long run, training is an effective way to obtain high-qualityhuman resources and an important method to improve organizationeffectiveness. ZhuZhou Lince Group is one of the nation’s largest railtransportation equipment parts manufacturers and suppliers. After30years of development, the Lince Group formed a more mature trainingculture that made some success in the training,but there are manyproblems. By ways of starting from the basic principles of training andparticipating the rebuilt of the Lince Group’s training system, the authorhas made a thorough analysis of the Lince Group’s internal personneltraining system to propose optimized design program.Generally speaking, the Lince Group should be analyze staff trainingneeds in accordance with the strategy of the Group, and draw upcorrespondingly training programs for the employees from the differentpositions, and arrange resources reasonably in the implementation oftraining to ensure training effect effectively transfer into the work. Thekey points of the new system are focused on the existing training systemmodules independent of each other and the lack of system concepts tooptimize the system. In the training institutions, the manager is in chargeof the training department to clear division of responsibilities trainingwork. In the system of the module, we re-enact the training managementsystem strengthening the link between the various system and regulating apprenticeship training mode. In the curriculum system, the course libraryis established to categorize the deep-level training and expand the rangeof management vision. In the training resources, the new systemformulates the internal trainer training and internal training coursemanagement development system in order to make full use of internalresources. In training management processes, the group has differenttraining programs and profiles from requirements analysis to employeesof different levels. In transfer of training effect, there are many ways to becarried out in order to safeguard the implementation of the new system,including getting managers’ support and encouraging employees toemphasis on learning.
