With the rapid development of electro-vacuum technology,model selection has become more and more important for designers.Appropriate model selection platforms and materials can help designers.This article mainly studies the vacuum suction and transport system selection system of the vacuum system design selection platform.Through multi-port access,multi-user co-connection,and the main server storage feedback data processing method,the components of the system are modularized,the selection process is completed,and the data is gradually screened,accumulated,managed,and cleared to form an effective database to assist in the vacuum System engineers carry out model selection,design,simulation,and calculation to realize custom collocation in the industry and complete the standardized construction of non-standard equipment.This article first summarizes the construction background of the vacuum suction handling system selection system,points out the difficulties faced by the current handling system selection work,points out the important value of system development,and discusses the application and research status of the system.Then introduced the core technology of platform development and utilization,using lightweight frameworks such as Spring,Struts2,Hibernate for web development,using UML as a system business model analysis and construction tool,using java programming language for source program development,and using My SQL for data management,Supports front-end technologies such as Ext.js,jquery,Ajax,and Css,and introduces the composition,characteristics and working principles of these technologies.Then it analyzes the feasibility of system construction from different aspects such as technology,economy and society,analyzes the system function composition and business process through UML modeling languages such as use case diagrams and flowcharts,and finally analyzes the non-functional requirements of the system,Through demand analysis to determine the specific content of the system construction.The article focuses on designing system construction ideas and basic principles,designing the system application composition,coding technology,hardware facilities and other frameworks,describing the system function composition,development and use of core technologies,and network software and hardware deployment.The functional structure diagram shows that the system includes functions such as function selection,circuit selection,input conditions,suction cup selection,piping selection,vacuum generator unit selection,selection results and other functions,and then the system database is modeled.Finally,a development environment was built,through modular and integrated development,the system function modules were realized,and the system implementation interface was displayed.Finally,the platform was tested in terms of functions,data,performance,and pressure to ensure that the system can be released normally online.The vacuum suction handling system selection system studied in this article is a practical system selection software that can provide functional support for related designers.The system has an intuitive user interface,provides comprehensive support for related personnel design,and the functions are very comprehensive,which will greatly simplify your selection work,and the efficiency will be doubled.
