Industrial robot,which is called manipulator, is widely used in logisticsdistribution industries and so on. Vacuum technology is commonly used in grippingmanipulator to crawl the site of the work piece; robotic gripping device is installed atthe end of the manipulator, and direct contact with the work piece,clamping deviceperformance directly affects the performance of the manipulator, and has a greatimpact on production efficiency.Affecting the stability of the robot handling, the key factors are the handlingpower source and handling platforms institutions, the focus of this study on these twoaspects of the handling robot power source and handling platform bodies, the studyfound that the sucker combination of suction linear array fail at the same time largerprobability, the sucker combination in the same area on the production site should bemore widely used.Robotic gripping device has a direct effect on the stability of the clutching box,by comparing the selection for the selection of the FX vacuum clamping systems, thesuction arrangement and lifting the suction analysis and calculation, and an emptytray grapple agencies to improve the design, so that it can improve stability. Using therobot control program to optimize the improvement,can bring them into conformitywith the crawl request.Finally, through the actual use and effectiveness of verification, the sortingmanipulator improvement project has achieved the expected effect of the use.
