In the context of the rapid development of information communication in today's society,the emergence and development of new media technologies have changed the information dissemination pattern under the traditional media pattern.Information is no longer "pushed" to the audience.Instead,people will use the Internet to Geo-information is “ pulled out ” and participates in information creation activities,infiltrating all aspects of people's lives.Equal status,role change,coupled with the openness of the network,anonymity and interactivity,people speak freely on the network,express their own views and opinions,etc.,thus leaving a large amount of user comment data.The huge data information seems useless and complex and irregular,but it actually cont AIns great value.With the support of today's technology,this huge value is gradually being discovered and serving people in turn.The Forbidden City,as an important carrier of the court history of more than 500 years in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,is a great historical witness of Chinese civilization.On the occasion of the 600 th birthday of the Forbidden City,i Qiyi Network Platform,together with the Forbidden City Museum and Beijing Satellite TV,created "The New Forbidden City",a variety show focused on the Forbidden City Museum,bringing the vision to the Forbidden City,which stands in the world of intangible culture.The heritage building complex not only strengthens and exports traditional Chinese culture,but also breaks through the limitations of the traditional concept of "cultural relics",strengthens the heritage's environmental awareness,shared awareness,and the concept that the entire society must undertake management and protection It has prompted people to view the protection of the Forbidden City from the perspective of the "Great Forbidden City",which has aroused unanimous pr AIse and recognition from domestic and foreign audiences.From the perspective of users,this research will take all the user comments under the first season of the "Shangxingu Palace" program video as the research object,using sentiment analysis methods,from user comment types,dates,word count,objects,sentiment analysis,etc.Five aspects to explore users' attitudes towards cultural programs.According to the author's research and findings,the emotional tendency of user reviews in the first season of "The New Palace" is positive and positive,and user reviews dominate thecognitive level.The participation of the guests of the show,especially the regular guests,brought a high degree of attention and discussion to the show.At the same time,it also deepens the public's understanding of the cultural and creative industries,promotes cultural consumption,and promotes the development of the domestic cultural and creative industries.Today,when traditional Chinese culture is constantly being eroded and invaded by foreign cultures,the program "Shangxingu Palace" is dedicated to the promotion and inheritance of traditional Chinese culture,inspiring the awakening and recognition of excellent traditional Chinese culture.Make a huge contribution to the construction of foreign discourse system.Therefore,the purpose of this study is not only to carry forward the Chinese culture,but also to explore the user's perception of why the traditional culture of the Chinese nation awakens in the audience.
