Through the analysis of thecontract management system requirements, to get the research model, and then thedesign and implementation of workflow management system.The system uses the most mature stage SOA-based architecture to achieve,Platform using J2EE architecture， The entire system was developed by the Javalanguage. This system emphasizes the general characteristic, uses the workflowengine technology to meet the system requirements, namely the realization ofindependent process modeling, free form definition, automatic process management,management flexibility and versatility; based on node component API, it canencapsulation process specification, implementation, management norms and systemrigorous requirements; provides data and the function of standard interface, easy toexpand the system and cross domain operation, to maintain the openness of the systemfully. This system based on the workflow engine as the core, set up process, processmanagement, process report and process assisted four subsystems. According to thetechnical standard of WfMC, by a process definition tool is responsible for businessmodeling, provide user interaction by the form of service, to create the definitionanalysis, preparation of environment, examples by the workflow engine, and processmanagement and supervision through news communication, appointed monitor, ECOS services, as the general Congruence process management system laid the technicalfoundation and build subject frame. Through the node components, process definition,parameter drive, status tracking workflow engine technology, the realization processof definition of freedom, flexible combination, dynamic management of node flow,comprehensive information integration system target, not only ensures the normativejudicial process and strict requirements, but also meet the different enterprisepersonality needs and long-term development, thus boosting the reform process ofenterprise information.
